a dAY iN tHE lIFE oF a tENNEY

Well, it's been over a year since I've blogged. (Hahaha, I knew it would be like this. Oh well.) Not really much has changed in the Tenney household. The kids are out of school for the summer and it was one busy week trying to keep the kids entertained. I signed them up for "super-sport" at dimple dell. They go and play games, sports, swim and rock climb for 4 hours M-W-F. They love it! I also signed Ryder up for a football strength and speed camp put on by the football coaches at Alta High School. Basically it just is to get him in shape for football. He also just finished his baseball season. His team took 3rd place for regular season play. His coach also submitted Ryder's name to try out for the all-star team. We'll see how that goes.
Brock still is not in gymnastics. We just don't have the time or the money to do it yet. I guess that's why I've put it off for so long. He is such a funny kid. He is so obsessed with being to school or super sport on time. He stresses out that he is going to not wake up in time. He always has to have his clothes laid out and his lunch packed the night before. I love it.
Luke and Wil are little buddies. They play together all day and maybe only fight twice. Which is pretty good I think. Luke loves to play with his buddies too, Cason his cousin, and Crew. He loves to watch T.V. and drink chocolate milk.
Wil is a parrot. He loves to repeat everything you say even if it's just gibberous. It's pretty funny. He loves to shoot hoops and ride scooters just like the other boys. He looks just like Brock and makes faces just like him too. It's pretty funny except when he climbs the stair rail the wrong way or when he opens the microwave door and hangs by the handle with one hand and then drops down to land on his feet. Yes folks, we have another dare devil.
Jason is still up to the same ol' stuff, working, playing basketball, watching sports and then his new fave, really boring shows on Discovery about how the earth was created. We joined a co-ed soccer league and have only had one game so far which we lost 2-3. Jason scored both of our goals.
Me, well I"m up to the same stuff too. I play basketball 3 times a week, soccer 2 times a week and then the rest of my time goes to driving the kids around, cleaning the house and maybe a little scrapbooking if I'm lucky.
Hope all is well with your family! Maybe I'll get around to this sooner than later next time.
Peace!
